Muve Music APK (Muve Music for All?)

Here is the Muve Music APK from a ZTE Score. In order to actually get the Muve Music working on your non Muve phone, you'll need the special Sandisk SDCard which supposedly can be purchased at a Cricket store. There is an upgrade Muve Music owners can purchase so they should let you purchase that one.

You'll also need to do a could of things to get on the Muve Music Plan.

    Enjoy all.

    Update 8/20/2013:

Here is a download link to Muve Music 4.0. This was provided by djisia402.

What's the point? Cricket is officially releasing this for the majority of their Android lineup

Not sure, but doing this without approval won't be good.. IDK what dealer will put your flashed phone on a Muve Music plan..

Most people don't want to risk their businesses for a few customers.

Actually you can't put a flashed phone on the muve plan. The system recognizes the meids and whether they are muve handsets. One would have to put a muve Android on the acct, change the plan to the 65,pay the prorated amount of course, then switch back to the flashed phone.
It's not so much a question of finding a dealer to do it, but finding a muve Android to do first. I doubt they are just lying around.
Imo, cricket should make this available to flashed handsets.. Every flashed android on a 65 dollar plan? That'd be like a dream come true for them. And it's not like there is anything technical about it. If the flashed phone works on the network, then it works for muve.
Biggest obstacle I see is the tiny sd card. 4gb card is only 1gb for personal storage. As it is right now, my 16gb is almost full. That won't work for me.

I agree, I think they should allow Muve Music on flashed phones. That $10/month extra can really help them.

I think it would be nice if you could choose how much is for user storage and how much is for music. The songs are compressed if I remember correctly, and I wouldn't have more than 50 songs on my phone anyway. So, it would be a waste to have 3 GB for music in my case.

The songs are really compressed. Anyways the SDCard is probably partitioned in a special manner and it would take more programming and such to make the user be able to choose how much storage is available to them for files. Dual MicroSD slots in the Cricket branded Muve phones would be cool (or onboard memory).

I don't see what the big issue is with Muve on flashed phones. It still has the same security features.

Agreed, you are still paying the muve rate and you still cant move the music somewhere else. Whats the downside?

Cricket just doesnt think outside the box.

I am going to test this out! I have a local cricket dealer. Authorized Seller. Who does alot of good things that the customer service people are untrained to understand. Time to call him up!

It's possible they have some sort of licensing agreement and that would go against their original agreement. Not like they couldn't push for change. I don't think flashed Evo 3d owners are going to move to a Samsung Vitality just for Muve Music lol.

I try to think that they have good people behind the scenes analyzing their best move. Not sure about that though.

In addition to allowing it on flashed phones, I think they should make it available to those on other networks by putting Muve Music on the Android Market. Then Cricket can just charge their PayPal account or credit card similar to Rhapsody.

If only there was an alternative to the Muve music application where a simple plan wouldnt matter.

You could probably use the feature phone Muve plan and do the proxy mods lol.

As far as allowing other networks to do this... Yeah might be an idea that should be tossed around. Of course they'd have to pay a higher premium.

lol that was what i was thinking. Couldnt you just make a proxy or redirect it to the muve servers bypassing the plan check?
