    This company reversed 5 payments to us within minutes because our dealer doesn't work 24/7.

    We try to facilitate a means for people to make changes as easy as possible. We're sorry for any delays, but there are things which can be done to make it easier for our dealer. Double check your info so the dealer doesn't have look at your account multiple times. This can lengthen your wait time greatly for a change.

    I ask that you not deal with a business which would send out an e-mail like this:

    "Here, take that with u too "**** u and your forum" crooks and liars and thieves!!"

    This leaves the forum with a debt of $240.

      Ends up that Paypal's social media team was able to see through them and refunded the entire amount.

      This is not the first time that a social media team has helped us with a business. They are designed to protect the company's image. Use them not as a first resort, but as a last resort along with the BBB for major corporations.

      They were using the account services but dealer support has dwindled. They would also submit incorrect data and always really late in the day.

      After 6 months of use, they reversed all payments to the forum and PayPal let them initially.

      I've had bad experience with them as well. They advertised a low price for screen repair and could not live up to their end of the deal. Items were in their shop for 6weeks before I picked them up. No repair was ever done.

      Thanks for chiming in. PayPal saw through it all and finally refunded me.

      Not sure if it came out of their account cause they stopped heckling me.

      This forum is really bunch of assholes and liars. Paypal does not credit you thru social media or because of social media, that's hilarious . Who are you trying to fool here buddy? It seems like your customers dispute the charges because you could not handle to give correct customer service to Mobilecom.

      You're probably working for them, a friend, or customer.

      Also you lack knowledge of how many social network teams work. They often are able to provide better customer service than that of normal reps. When Cricket was owned by Leap, their social media team was a 3rd party company called Zocal Group. If they aren't keeping people on social networks happy, they aren't doing their job.

      It makes sense that they're often able to accomplish more because it is their job to uphold the company's image. Also if there are less complaints directed towards them vs traditional customer service, they have more time per complaint.

      Yes the social media team probably worked though other departments, but they were the ones communicating with me and in my mind responsible for the positive outcome.

      Let's say the service they had was horrible. You still overlooked the fact that they reversed all 6 months worth of charges when they had already benefited from it and taken payments from customers.

      Their rating on the BBB's site is still F. Their other reviews aren't much better. Tried calling them first, and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and hung up. I would have gone down there, but confronting them or acting irrational would not help me gain the resolution I needed.

      All my family goes to Mobilecom and yes im a customer and will always be. This forum is based on nothing but lies and bullcrap. You guys have nothing else to do.

      Guess their BBB ratings, Yelp, and Google Plus are lies as well. Easy to use a blanket statement, but the dissatisfaction with them extends beyond this forum and myself.

      you are dissatisfy because they disputed charges that you weren't able to obligate the terms and conditions for your customers. No store and a businessman dispute charges for 6 month, like you mentioned again you told paypal something about that they didnt like your office hours!!! WTF is that dude. YOU ARE A COMPLETE LIAR, They dispute your charges because you didnt deliver. It seems thats what happen. Everyone has issues with customers, i own a business and its really tough sometimes. But what you are saying and using to talk about a business is not correct. Why dont you just say WHY THEY REALLY DISPUTE YOUR CHARGERS?? come on you can do it. HE told you Go fuc.. fuc.. and your whatever he said all that..... So you did something wrong that why you pissed them off. its there bro and the dumpass will believe you. I studied a little law so and its all written already. you already blew yourself up

      Something makes me seem that you work with them or know them personally. Only at the end did they express dissatisfaction. Okay then terminate the business from there forward. Get a refund for that month. Don't try to recoup money from services that were already performed months ago. They tried to get it all back because they thought they could. Plain and simple.

      Again, you cannot account for the other issues which are posted in countless other places.
