      About friggin' time!

I just got off the phone and I'm not happy.

      1.) It's not on cricKet's website
2.) I tried calling two local Corporate stores. Both during "hours of operation" and neither answered. I called each one 3 times back to back between 10:15am - 10:30am and NOBODY answered. I can't believe they are THAT busy at this hour of the morning on a Monday. Yes I got the hours and both are supposedly open.
3.) Called the Toll Free Number on cricKet's website and they said they don't have it "on-line" but said I need to go to a Corporate store anyway since I'm already a customer.

      This totally blows.

      - From a Frustrated ASCEND 1 owner who just wants a half way decent phone that works.

This is so frustrating. Is this thing out or not?I tried calling two local cricKet stores (both Corporate) and neither answered the phone. I called both like 3 times. I can't imagine they are TAHT busy this early in the morning (called both between the hours of 10am - 10:30am and one was to have opened at 9am and the other at 10am).Called the 1-800 number on cricKet's website. They said it wasn't "on-line" and that I need to go to a Corporate store anyway since I'm already a customer (sigh)This is so freakin' stupid. Why can't I buy this stupid phone ?!?!!?!- From a Frustrated Ascend 1 user who just wants a freakin' phone that works (Ascend 1 sucks)
