  • Possible Issues with Muve Music 4.0 and the Galaxy S3


    There is a known issue with the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Muve Music 4.0. As soon as we hear about and update/fix, we'll be sure to post. It was also noted that other devices might have issues updating. If you have experienced any issues, please share them with the community.

      I have the same problem and my phone is not rooted. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

      just got an update, this issue should be fixed today! along with the wifi offloading app coming to two more devices: both the engage V8000 and N8000.

      Only problem with the new update that came out today is that it won't restore my music I downloaded in the past.

      Lol...There is always the if it ain't broke don't fix it policy.

      I believe one of the major things this does though is free you from the Muve Music microSD requirement. This means a lot of more storage for most people.

      Finally got Muve running on my GS4. It kept telling me it could not read the SD card, so I ordered one of the 3/5 8GB cards from Cricket. Still didn't work. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the 4.0 update and now it works.

      Then I read somewhere that the GS4 Muve does not use the SD card.

      Yea they changed that on the s3 lol

      My wife's HTC Desire C is having a similar problem. No error Google Play Store says device not compatible... ??? Help

      I got the update and everything seems to be working ok try uninstalling the update in settings application management go to download and you will see the new update the old one is stll in your system app then select uninstall update and reboot you should have your the old apk back

      I took the update so now when I go to restore my music I get this textAttachment 4508 and no download. I like the new look but I'm going back to the old version.

      @sonasam400 It looks like Muve cannot find your Music database. Rebooting your phone may find it. I removed all my music, then after installing Muve 4.0, I downloaded it all again.

      Never had any problems when I updated mine works flawless
