    Follow the steps to downgrade to 2.3.3 (back to stock) located elsewhere on the forum.

    Your battery might be dead so in this case it is better to hold Vol + and Vol - while plugging the phone in, with the battery taken out.

    Once it's finished you should be back to normal.
