    Not receiving picture msgs

    Hello everyone.

    I am still very new to owning my Ascend 2, but there is one problem that I just can't figure out how to fix. I am not receiving any picture msgs that are being sent to me. Anyone knower how to fix this?

    Oh, I should probably also mention that I have been able to send picture msgs....just not receive them.

    I'm having the same problem. I can't send picture messages either. I won't be able to get to a Cricket store until Saturday or Sunday because I'm at my college Freshmen Orientation. I'm going to PM you my number as well if that is alright, Woof.

    I'm having same problem. also wasn't able to do some internet things...can't get on android market unless im on wifi. Called cricket they gave me numbers to huawei and android specialists here are the numbers:
    972-509-5599-huawei
    888-486-3967-android

    Haven't called yet but am about to really getting annoyed...phone works great but if service is junk whats the point.

    This is looking like a handset issue. I got a call from a local customer this morning also with this issue. All the accounts I have looked at this far have been set up correctly. I'd say there is a problem with the phone on some level.

    My advice to all would be to visit your nearest coroprate location and ask them to warranty exchange the handset. Have them send you a mms to demonstrate the problem and then do it again before you leave with the new handset. They may be reluctant to swap it out and want to open a trouble ticket but I don't see that helping. Trouble ticket is for service not handsets and if it was service it wouldn't be just the ascend 2 having this issue.

    I called cricket and they said because I bought it online I should do the phone swap online via 18663844425...I believe this may be a handset issue as well. I am not getting 3g service at all and I am well in the middle of the 3g service area...corporate store is almost an hour away... that would be ridiculous to travel that far to return the phone. Look forward to hearing back if phone swap works for anyone...maybe the optimus would have been a better choice for me...lol

    New info on this incoming mms issue on the Ascend 2. My customer called me and said that it's only pics from his wifes verizon phone. We tested it cricket to cricket and it works fine. I would not go to corp and try to get another phone or open a ticket if its another carrier failing to be received. They will likely do nothing. They will in fact test Cricket to Cricket and if that works, everything is fine according to them. Test it Cricket to cricket and be sure before you go to a store or send your phone back.

    update to my issue: My 3g isn't working at all. Called cricket again and went through a million things. Resetting the phone, also retrying activation(which always has to be manually done it never automatically works). Been all around town and even with 4 bars there is never a 3g icon on the phone like customer support claims there should be. My reception doesn't seem to good either. Looks like I'll be trading out phones. This is the number they gave me to trade the phone out because i bought it online:

    I have the ZTE Score. I was successfully sending and receiving picture messages until about 2 days ago, now neither will work. It says sent when i send them, but the person i send them too doesn't receive them. I am also not receiving them from anyone besides myself. Any suggestions?
