Unhappy problems with muve music program.

hello, i am a new user to cricket, and new to the muve music program. i had the phone since december, and just today i have been having troubles with my muve music program. i have the zte chorus of course, and when i go to download a song, it says the card is full. i completely erased all my songs i had downloaded previously, and when i check out the info button, it says i have 0 songs and 0% free space. if i have no songs downloaded, then why do i still have no space to download more music? is there a problem with the card itself? or is it something completely different? i was thinking about upgrading my phone to one of the android powered phones once i get my tax return, but if i am having this issue with the sd card saying i have no space to download music, then, why should i even bother buying another cricket phone with muve music program? so, if someone could please help me figure this out, that would be nice. i have already tried the *228 and pulled the battery while the phone is still on, and it still hasent fixed the issue. what am i doing wrong? PLEASE HELP ME!

Look at your memory card on the phone, see if its black or blue. Ifs it black they were defective. Go to a cricket store and they will swap it out for you for free.
