Angry Cant get past Muve Music logo when restarting, stuck in a loop of this loading screen

I've had the phone for a few months with no problems thus far. Last night, the browser kept Force Closing, so I went to restart the phone. It got to the Muve Music loading screen, and never went any further. It just keeps doing this over and over, never getting past it. I need help! My phone is my lifeline, and I'm really looking for anything except to do a Factory Reset

You have tried a battery pull for a minute right? A lot of the stuff on your phone should be stored in your Google account... At least I hope you synced your contacts there.

I have a lot of stuff on my phone as well, but most of the important stuff is saved somewhere online...

Yes, I've tried a battery pull for a minute, even 30+ minutes. And I do have my contacts saved etc. on my Google acct., I just hate to have to delete everything else. Is the power button/volume down/camera hold option where I have to select factory reset my only option at this point?

Same thing happened to my friends score and that's what fixed it. He said when it came up to the recovery screen he hit the home button and all his stuff saved but still reset the phone. I can't say it will happen that's just hearsay. Good luck
