It seems only yesterday we were running to our local Sprint stores to get America’s first 4G phone. In many ways, the HTC EVO 4G belonged to a new breed of Android phones that appealed to the average consumer–not just us geeks. It was blazing fast. It was relatively easy to use. It had a big screen. It even had a kickstand for god’s sake. It was only after the release of phones like the EVO 4G and the Droid that people would actually come up to me and ask about those Android phones or “Droids.”
