True to the leak

, the AT&T version of the
Samsung Galaxy Tab

will be available Nov. 21 for $649.99. That means you're not locked into a contract. And accordingly, data use is "pay as you go," with 250MB going for $14.99 a month, and 2GB at $25 a month. AT&T's also throwing in a $50 Media Hub movie rental credit (rental only? boooo) for a limited time.

On top of that, you get access to AT&T's national Wifi network, if you choose to go sans data plan. What remains to be seen is if the Tab will be locked into the Android Market like AT&T's smartphones -- but no matter, we've got the
Android Sideload Wonder Machine

to fix that. Full presser's after the break. [
