I totally agree with you here.

I've had no problems at all with the one you originally posted.

Hold volume down + camera and then press the power button to boot into recovery or use terminal emulator to type "reboot recovery" to check if cwm is there.

Camera button + Volume Down + Power

    or terminal

    "reboot recovery"

on that note seem's like I have been checking these forums to only repeat myself about CWM, I have seen absolutely no updates, custom roms, and certainly no CM7 or 9. Given that I think development for this phone is dead. I'll wait till the Glory has more development pushed to it and just buy that it seems. Keep running into issues with only 600MHZ processor speed anyway. The phone is cheap and I purchased it figuring development would be plenty for it since it was easily affordable but as of right now we only have one guy out of the whole android community working on this phone and development seems to be even dying on his front :/ Disappointed at the lack of interest in this phone.

Thats only good for supported devices and in all honesty just hinders learning the proper way of doing it. Basically if you're skeer of commandline you dont need to be messing with development.

Just wiped cache & data from recovery and installed your Scored ROM, install went great... but now, Titanium Backup is giving me "Error parsing the package" on ANY restore operation. Can install apks manually, but all my data... :-/

ou will need to use flash_image to install the recovery, unless there is a fastboot mode I am unaware of.

    Enjoy. CM7 is next.

I'm sure you know by now that this download is not available any longer. If you can get it to me I may be able to put on server.

bsquared: I've got a copy of the .zip on the root of my SD card still (just flashed to it cpl days ago...) if you end up wanting/needing it for a mirror or repo, just let me know. (Got Stock and PG'S Stock_rooted ROMs as well)

It's a good way to get your foot in the door, by no means I'm I promoting script kiddies.
