Lol yep I would say pretty much everything Geekster said above except if running an older kernel and baseband just install Stripped Mod V2.4-D as I wouldn't recommend tryin to run anything from the updated stuff until you've updated your phone. And

    @all

I just wanna say if you read my post carefully and completely on UPP as it says to before posting any probs or questions lol Then you'll notice ALL of the info just stated above is contained in that post. I'm not tryin to be mean here but it really does help and pay off to do the reading. And if all else fails after following above then as geekster said your zip is most likely corrupted. So re download and re install rom And remember skimming a post and headin straight for the download is bad practice and can result in a bricked device. So remember all those directions, warnings and otherwise were wrote for a reason. And always read a rom thread carefully and completely

stedman420: I DID try the Older ROM and it DOES work now, Thanks and I apologize for not reading the thread correctly, but I think I'm going to change the bootanimation as the stock Android one is kinda boring

You're Welcome Keep up the good work, also, I chose Root Explorer over Ghost Commander because I'm use to Explorer more, same with MX Video Player ^_^

    ***UPDATE***

    **CHANGELOG**
    *VERSION 3.1*
Renamed rom to S420Rom(this was after great deliberation and with good reason. And as all my Stripped Mods are updated they will be recieving the new simpler rom name)

    Added init.local.rc support
    New power off sound
    system/apps and libs updated
Removed hacker's keyboard and replaced with the stock android keyboard
    Removed my extra boot logo
Added ICS styled progress bars and sliders(gb green color to keep a stock feel)
Settings shortcut in notification dropdown is now gb green(to keep a stock feel)
Added scrollable notif toggles to notification dropdown
Added ICS styled clear button to notification dropdown(gb green color to keep a stock feel)
Power Sounds moved to /system/media/audio/powrsounds folder
Entire Extras Menu(or xmenu) has been overhauled and updated to v1.9
Removed the odexed version to avoid confusion and cut down on questions
Removed the driver.iso file from rom(the autorun windows drivers)
Added an updated version(v2.5) made from the older firmware for those that can't seem to update their score
Plus loads of other general cleanup and bugfixes

Just follow the link in the op for updated info and new download links
