Well to unroot and return to factory you'd have to do the following

1.) Make sure anything added or removed from system is returned to the way it was. For a good example try downloading this rom
    Stock_X500_No_Root.zip

2.) Just try and make your system folder match the system folder in the rom above but don't touch /system/xbin/su yet and there shouldn't be a need to mess with the framework folder either as these can be sensitive when there odexed like stock

3.) Now make sure everything thing besides /system/xbin/su matches my roms system folder Then move your root apk(i.e. Superuser, SuperSU) to the /data/app folder if it's in /system/app

4.) Now just use a root browser to delete /system/xbin/su

5.) After that you will lose root and can uninstall your root app via your stock app manager

As far as what to tell the rep that's your call Lol

However here's some points to ponder I doubt your phone will factory reset and I know it wont update without the recovery

Well I guess im keeping most bloatware unless i can find a app apk that will take care of it. Just gonna have to live with this and just go about it without a new rom.

Just a side question i can hold home and bring up a recent list. How the heck do i clear this? I have already had the phone die cause a game or something was still running in the background. Other phones i could just slide or something to get rid of.

Had a Mercury that was easily rooted and flashed *well if i flashed it im not sure if i did. lol

it's actually a known issue with the phone. just like the bad usb port
few other issues on this phone as well. another reason to take it back for a replacement since stedman's and my rom both fix all issues for a much smoother phone.

I'm just gonna stick with this pos rom and just go from there so didnt know if there was a solution to the power turning off. So the main issue i would like a resolution for going forward is one for deleting things off the recent list *holding home buttom*
My other two phones there was a way and it would save on power clearing all those out

I said that as something you might say to the rep Lmao and I left ya a guide for returning to stock but it's your call Lol

Also I'd like to mention poot is prob the safest root method out there so that's not your prob

    FYI@All score owners

The random reboot problem seems to be directly related to a faulty or bad usb port as well so if your havin this issue you may wanna take your phone back in or get a replacement for it.

Yep your recent apps when long pressing home key will be empty when the phone first starts

I actually recommend rebooting your phone at least once a day to keep it runnin well and not bogged down

well i know it clears all temp and cache but my other phones i was able to just slide off the list or something quicker than a full reboot lol.. which btw this phone only has airplane and off and not reboot/reset lol

Ill call tommorrow and say i want a new one sent to me cause it doesn't charge right/fully (usb issue, cant tell them flashing my recovery isn't working ha) and it keeps rebooting randomly

just remove root and you should be fine
    phone has issues obviously so

btw go launcher will let you clear your recents. however it does bloat up your phone with there crap so a choice if you really want a launcher that will let you clear out your recents list

Removing root and Restoring your phone to appear you never rooted are two diff things though Lol

Go stuff sucks on this phone it's way to ram consuming but that one's just my opinion Lmao

You may try updating it or a factory reset as well. Wich I'm guessing will fail however it gives ya something to complain about Lol Oh and btw the update replaces recovery as well however you need stock recovery to do it but with that info whose to say what happened to your recovery Lol
