    Weird 3G Issue

Flashed my RAZR in July. Had 3G Stable for months, up until hurricane Sandy I lost my 3G. Tried re-flashing, even took it to RJLockwich and everything checked out. I had no data and then he got me 1X. Anybody have any idea what could be the issue here? I think I'm going to do a factory reset and start over. Thanks
