Android phone on the cricket $35 Basic plan

IDN if this is the right area to post this

I currently have the Kyocera S2150 with the Basic $35 plan

But is it possible to have a android HTC EVO 4g on crickets basic $35 plan
for just talk and text, NO Data, I will flash it to cricket, if possible to use it with $35 plan

I only want it for talk and faster touch screen texting, I will only use WIFI for data.

And if its Possable will it stay on the $35 plan or will they bump it up to the $50 plan if i do the switch to the HTC EVO
