    If you have no past due balance, are on the correct plan and pulling and replacing your memory card doesnt help, you need to go to a corp store for resolution.

    I cant get my muve music to work. It keeps saying service expired i have called cricket, called *228 been to the cricket store.
    I have the plan and my bill is up to date. Can someone please help me get my phone to use this feature they gave me a service number for rep to try to fix this too.

    My muve music will not work either. Saying the service expired. I just got it yesterday and its been 24 hours since and thats how long the employee told me to wait at the cricket store. Any help?

    Muve is experiencing an outtage. It's being worked on. It should be fixed in the next day or so.

    It has been three days now, and I don't remember seeing Cricket post about this on their Facebook. It would be nice if they could work on communicating with their customers more.

    You need to file a trouble ticket. Goto Corp. Store to do so.. Turn around about 24-48hrs..

    What if the customer can't get to a corporate store? Also, is everyone with the problem supposed to be going to a corporate store? I've seen several people with this problem between this forum and Facebook, so I'm sure there are a lot more that didn't come on the Internet to complain. They probably don't know they need to go to a corporate store. This is why I think Cricket needs to communicate with their customers more.

    Don't feel bad.. Corp. has problems communicating to their own Indirect Satellite stores.. and also their own employees so customers and workers are on the same boat.. :T
