    Crosswave no service on Toshiba

I bought a Crosswave on Monday. Works fine on two laptops and one desktop. Can not get a wireless connection on a two week old Toshiba Satellite. Called the help line yesterday and after an hour of trying things, it still does not connect. Help desk said it's a computer issue, I'm not sure. I will contact Toshiba this afternoon when I get off. I get an error message that the security number is not recognized. Tried everything I know to do but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like a computer problem to me. You should be able to connect the Toshiba the same way you connected the other two.

I just got the crosswave today, I have 2 Toshiba satellites and a Acer, its not letting me connect whatsoever and its driving me crazy D: I did a reset, default settings, hard reset and reinstalled drivers, rebooted. I barely made the account today with the 65 plan, anybody can help?

    *****Update*****
Went to the main store and got a new one, seemed as the modem was defective.
