I'm going to move this into the network errors section. If that many people are getting it, then it does really seem like a network error. They might have their configuration a little off.

Where are you located? Everyone has different phones? Thanks for posting...

My husband and I are in Austin, Texas, my friend is in Round Rock, Texas, one of the Cricket customers who posted on the FB Cricket forum is in Georgia, and another one has posted as well and she is in Louisville, KY. I'm not sure about the other Cricket customers who posted but my husband, Friend, and I all have different phones. My husband has one of the Samsung touch screens (unsure about which one) and I have a samsung R560 my friend has another type of phone all together.

Since I'm in Round Rock, let me sign up as well. I'm thinking this is a Cricket wide problem then with FB SMS alerts.

Please chime in people if you use this feature.

I have been receving alerts on my flashed Droid 2 and so far everything is fine. It really gets annoying having two Facebook apps and text alerts though. I'll report if anything changes. I'm trying not to kill myself for doing this.

Can anyone try disabling this for a couple of days and then re-enabling it? I only ask because I don't have any jibberish yet.
