Appears the issue is resolved as of this AM, able to connect my EC1705 at high speeds. Does cricket ever publish a reason for outage (RFO) after one of these events? I think as customers we are entitled to an explanation. The extended nature of these outages is crippling to my business (At least 18 hours down since Friday). Certainly this can happen to anyone as I used to work for a Telco but the manner in which this is handled with customers is critical. Each one of us has accounts, cricket has our e-mail addresses and phone numbers, where is the proactive communication or any communication about what is happening? Anyone up for a class action suit?

I really think they should give an explanation. It's Monday, so we'll see if Cricket posts anything about the outage on their Facebook.

For about the last month or so I've had upload issues (speeds from 1-30kbps), downloads were so-so... had worse issues over the weekend (likely related to the problem in this thread, didn't realize there was an issue till I came here), but starting Sunday afternoon (3pm MST) I'm getting 500+ kbps up! aaand, my downloads are all under 300 ...

oh, ran another test just now, and got 736kbps up! (251 down heh)

Also noticing that my signal is a lot weaker, getting 1-3 bars in my house, prior when I had awful uploads, it was always all bars (or just 1 missing)

797 kbps up just now, 300 down, this is weird!

Why do you think Cricket is having these data problems?

What do you think is causing them?
