MMS with stock messaging app (testing)

OK people I'm gonna attempt to write and show how I have my MMS working on my Droid 4.

First off let me say "I am not responsible for any damage you do to your phone, DO AT YOUR OWN RISK".

Some of this is copied from another website and is changed for DROID 4, so dont be worried that it from another phone manufacture. Also thanks for people who contribute there time and effort (who are noted on that website) ALSO Thanks to
    Xsylus

    &
    Myfishbear

    for the help.

    Instructions

    1.Download file from here
    http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...7&d=1358404519

2.Extract apns-conf.xml from zip file you downloaded (located optional/gbflash/system/etc) and put on desktop.

3.Transfer apns-conf.xml to your phone via SD CARD or USB cable.

4.Make backup or rename the ORIGINAL apns-conf.xml (located "system/etc" in your phone) with ES File Explorer or another file explorer app. I like to rename to apns-conf.xml.bat because once move the new file u don't have two files of the same name conflicting with each other Note if you made a backup you will have move the file somewhere else.

5.Located and move new apns-conf.xml to (system/etc on your phone)

6.At this point you should have ORIGINAL apns-conf.xml renamed (or saved) as apns-conf.xml.bat and NEW apns-conf.xml in it place.

7.There are two ways of editing apns-conf.xml One way is edit on your phone with file explorer or edit on your pc with notepad++ (google it)
Once open you will see bunch of text. You will be looking for USER=@mycricket.com
You will entering your phone number here for example USER=5555555555@mycricket.com
Next you will have enter that again on USER on the 2nd apn.

8.Lastly you will have to change MCC from 310 to 311 and MNC from 016 to 480 on both APNs. Next save with File explorer then reboot phone. Your 3g might take awhile to show up so give it some time.

Hopefully if everything works your should be able to send MMS.

NOTE using ##PROGRAM then 000000 for SPC then going to APN control you should only see two APNS in there called 45Value and 50Smart.

One last thing i use a program to shirnk my pictures down to (320 x 240 or 640 x 480) called Image shrink because if the image is to big it wont send.

Testing would gladly be appreicated people. Thanks !

It installs the correct files for all three types. Works on my CM4.2
