Should I just say I'd like my number switched to a 4g sim card and then put it in my phone myself rather than ask them to activate my razr?

I think h+ is 3g and if that phone doesnt have a cricket 4g band then only 3g will connect.

Is there a way to flash the bands to cricket? Or is it the hardware?

Thumbs up Cricket WILL still activate CDMA Phones!

Hi, Cricket is still activating CDMA Phones!
I just activated my flashed RAZR HD Sunday to my OLD CDMA Cricket account!
Just convert the IMEI to MEID (Starts with 27) and call Cricket, I even called using 611 from my just flashed phone) & ask them to change Meid's on your account! Been doing for years now.
Just thought I'd give you 1st hand knowledge!

That phone does GSM i think. Install an app that shows which network you're on and post a screenshot.
