Question Trouble installing QC Diag Port

Ok, I have tried 4 different driver versions of Motorola QC Diag Port and I keep getting this answer from the installer...

    ----
Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.

    Motorola QC Diag Port

This device cannot start. (Code 10)
    ----

I have tried setting the port and baud rate manually. I have restarted windows (7 x64) numerous times per driver and I always get the triangle exclamation point.

Now, normally when you plug in the device is when the driver should then show, but this driver is always on.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can't count how many times I have done exactly that.

    Uninstall drivers, reboot.
Uninstall other drivers that are related, reboot.
Complete power down and wait the 2 minutes for caps to discharge for good measure.
Restart, install moto driver package. reboot.
    Plug phone in, nothing. :-(

Yell and scream at computer in rage! Reboot.
Plug in phone... And finely it is there.

CDMA NV push, NV items are read only...
QPST information push, Error items are read only...

Ok, now I am ready to root and unlock boot loader.
