    Any Ideas?

I have searched the forums, I have watch the videos. But I haven't found anyone mentioning a similar problem.
Would anyone have an idea why I am not able to get my Evo 4g to accept a prl? Using either QPST or CDMA workshop. Is it my computer am I overlooking something on the phone? Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Lance

You do send spc code to qpst or cdms w.s before sending anything?

Yes, I have change all the other information using qspt, but it won't update the prl. The write button just greys out and then nothing happens. In cdma workshop it says it change the prl, but I still get Sprint using 611.

I've tried different prl's too. It's like something preventing it from downloading on to the phone. Would the (S on) be preventing it?

check to see if the nam lock is still on. This is a checkbox in the nam part of the CDMA WS. Also, check the SID and make sure that is correct. If you have checked those things and it is still going to Sprint then try resetting the EVO to Factory defaults and then write the prl. If that doesn't work then root the EVO and then write the PRL.

    I hope this helps.
