How to OTA an LTE phone

I just flashed (T&T) my first LG Revolution and this was also my first LTE phone. At this time it will not *228, If the SIM is in, it says that Verizon has updated the phone blah blah blah, and if the SIM is out, when you *228 it it says must have a SIM card to activate please power down and install SIM. 611 does get the "Welcome to Cricket" message. I can program it with CDMA WS or QPST but is there a way to OTA it?

    Thanks Mike

Hey Mike. I don't think there is. Supposedly new PRLs are supposed to be pushed to the LTE phones when on Verizon.

"For 4G LTE phones, the PRL is automatically updated via the SIM card (just like it is on GSM phones), so *228 option 2 is no longer "required".

Sim activation also works on 3G.

Please check the forum and post there before PMing me. I have over 674 unread PMs due to the fact that they are issues which should have been addressed here.

I didn't make that clear. This an LG Revolution, that I flashed. This is the first LTE phone that I have flashed. I assume the SIM is no longer needed as Cricket does not have 4G , in this area anyways. If I *228 it with the card out, it says this phone requires a SIM card please install it now. If I *228 it with the card in, it says "Verizon has activated your phone, and I am assumming possibly unactivating my flash? I realize I can manually program it, but before an account was associated with it I T&T'd it and sent customer to a Cricket dealer to set up the account. The SIM card was out at the time and the dealer apparently tried to OTA it and got the phone needs SIM message and told the customer that they needed a SIM card to make the phone work. So now I guess my question really was can a "flashed" LTE phone be programed OTA?

    Thanks
    Mike

Nope all the provisioning for OTA is done through the RUIM/SIM card from factory, with modification anything is possible
