Alarm Not going when it should

Has anyone else experienced this? I set an alarm for the phone but it doesn't go off. When I go to the unlock screen I notice the clock on the unlock screen isn't syncing with the actual time until I finish unlocking the screen.

Has anyone else had this probelm? If so is there a solution?

Note that I've switched out this phone once already for similar problem. Please, any help would be good.

    Possible solution

First I am assuming that you are referring to the stock deskclock that comes loaded on the Engage. I personally have never cared for ZTE clocks and so I use Alarm Clock Xtreme available on Google Play. You can set as many alarms as you like and even assign a different tone for each one too. I've used it on both the ZTE Score and the ZTE Engage and it's gotten me outta bed every day. If you use either of Stedman420's custom ROMS you can ditch the ZTE Clock and put something on your android that actually works and headache solved lol Oh, and one last nice feature is that this alarm clock probably has about the biggest snooze button you'll ever see on a clock!! haha
