Downgrade your OS if needed. I had issues with 4.1.2 and 4.1.1, so I had to get 4.0.4, flash and then upgrade.
Set to nv only. Then go to qpst and write your info. It will stick for sure.
If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?

Ok, after reading the device post some screenshots of your CDMA 2 page (if you are using workshop 3.8 and up), or Others tab (if cdma 2.7)
Then post screenshots of your qpst errors. At this point we need to literally "see" what is up.

Odd tried posting the images and a link to page i setup with the screenshots but it wouldnt post ill try changing the period to [dot].
heres the link to the screenshots:
    armyoffate[dot]net/screenshots/

Also note that the MEID & ESN "seemed" like it successfully flashed from donor phone to GS3 with QXDM and it "seemed" like the the nv items flashed with CDMA WS i guess if nv items are only the 2 user profiles under M.IP in QPST. In CDMA WS is shows (000)0008076 as the number instead of the donor phone number not sure why its not the old number or the donor number
I see the donor MEID & ESN now in all of the flashing apps i try with the GS3 like QXDM, QPST and CDMA WS tho when i put in the dialer *#06# to show the MEID it shows the OLD GS3 MEID. not sure what this all means or what to do or try next. Any help suggestions or pointers would be much appreciated.

If someone can help me get this flashed i'd definatly be willing to help them with some server side website programming (php, sql, css, html and javascript), car/truck/diesel vehical issues or any DC electrical help now or in the future[an IOU] (since im a mechanic in a shop atm, ive done quite a bit of web programming and DC electrical im pretty good at)

OK, in the others tab after writing your prl, you have to set up RUIM to be on NV Only. Without it your qpst will think you are writing to the sim card. That's the problem.
