I recently had my HTC One V replaced under the one year Manufacturer's Warranty through Cricket bcs it would no longer charge. After paying the overnight fee, I got my new, identical phone within 24 hours. However, despite saying it is a Muve Music phone on the phone, it will no longer play Muve Music.

Apparently this phone is no longer being sold at Cricket stores and no longer a Muve Music phone. No one told me this until after receiving the new phone. Is there anyway to get around this? I could understand if this was a really old phone, but I owned my first phone for less than 10 months and really can't afford to upgrade to a new, better phone.
