    [Tester Needed] App to get closer to rooting.

    Alright folks. I'm from the Verizon side of Galaxy S3 town, But I plan on working and learning on the d2ckt (I'm assuming that's what it is, all carries have a "d2" name for the s3) first.... Root.... Yall need to be rooted!!!!! No questions asked! Lol. This is an app called xray and will check for vulnerabilities within the phone. Then we can find an exploit and a way to root it. If everything seems ok or the device is not vulnerable.... We may have to look at ODIN.

    App= xray.io/dl

    Actually Chris already has a way to root the device.
    Ps. Task killers aren't needed especially for a 2gb ram having phone =)

    You try it yet? There's warnings all over that page.

    I care more about battery life, and in my experience, it helps a lot. (epic, epic touch, now s3). They still use CPU.

    I own a verizon S3 I'm not with cricket anymore. So no I haven't tried it, but because I can't. The s3 it self has a task killer, why use another?

    They are standard disclaimers. Watch the video. Pretty easy stuff and no use of ODIN even.
