    Yes. There's a method. Although its old I'm sure no one uses it anymore. I will try to find a link.

    You can take a look at this. I haven't tried it but its worth a read. Personally I prefer to backup app and data with ES file explorer, then uninstall. Store the backup where I want and restore it any time.

    Very few apps on the S3 can be moved to the external SD if any at all without root I'm afraid. Most modern phones have enough internal memory unless you fill it with large games
