If I didn't do videos about other carriers, I would easily have no problems keeping just thisophone and Cricket service. Wish the devs would jump on this.

That's good to hear. If it's true, at least Cricket won't be able to screw this one up with one of their infamous Muve Music "upgrades".

Yeah I was asking about jb and when 4g will arrive and that was pretty much the spiel I was given. They couldn't say a definite time just "soon"

Told the same thing here in St. Louis...again, to piggyback off of Gmash, I wouldn't take it for truth. I think US Cellular was the last one to get it (of the providers that carry the S3)

Everything on this ROM works perfectly, and to be honest even MMS are not that important for me, but I'm constantly having to switch between TouchWiz and Cyanogen because of the camera thingy, I know you guys are not developers, but there isn't any fix?
, like other of the ROMs for different carriers to work with the Cricket version or something we can do?

Noobl is working on it, and I'm providing him the feedback he's requesting. It's not a really simple fix. I went the distance to try modifying other versions.

Noobl will be analyzing the actual errors that are occurring and making modifications based on that.

Re: Cyanogenmod or Jelly Bean on Galaxy S3

In response to a couple topics in here. Im on a Sprint S3 and personally I think Samsung did such an excellent job with Touchwiz that installing CM10.0 just isnt worth it(although I run it on my Acer A200). If you haven't been updated to stock JB you WILL be for sure. The S3 is their flagship phone until the S4. I would almost guarantee you'll see at least 4.1.2. There are even rumors that all S3 variants will be updated to atleast 4.2. Im expecting the 4.1.2 leak for Sprint here any day now which is supposed to enable multi-window like the Note2. I been tinkering around here thinking about getting another S3.

I would also advise that none of you even try messing with ROMs or firmwares not specific to Cricket as every other S3 variant has carrier specific firmware with carrier specific bloatware and specific application settings in the ROM. CM10 is obviously not included in this because you now have d2cri support from CM. Is this the first Cricket phone to get official CM support?

Man it seems like forever and a day ago I got my first Android. The good ole Zio. Here I am two years, three carriers, 8 phones and 2 tablets later. All of them rooted too. LONG LIVE ANDROID!

See... I'm the complete opposite. I think touchwiz sucks. I rather have the latest Sense IF it had quick toggles in the notification bar.

Multi Window also sucks IMO if you don't modify it to be able to run any two programs. The screen size is small enough on the Note 2. On the S3 it would be torture for me. Also, I use Swiftkey, and the only keyboard you can really run with Multi Window is the Samsung keyboard (so you can move it around) and see what you're typing.

CM10.1 has great customizations that allow the user to set the device up how they like it. I really wish the DNA had support. Then I would love that device even more. For now the ROM I'm running will suffice (320dpi to gain back the real estate I loss going from the Note 2).

I am pretty sure the Cricket S3 is the first device with CM support, and it's only because the code is so similar to existing code.
