I'm just anxious to get rid of Samsung Voice, absolutely useless compared to Google VR for me. Otherwise, I think it's pretty damned good.

Touchwiz sucks! So does the Samsung keyboard. Newest Swype beta is nice.

My opinion is that everybody should go by what they like, the point on Android is the versality to choose what you want to use, that's what makes it better for much of us than other systems, TouchWiz is not good nor bad for me, but I do prefer all the goodness of 4+ and having the updates as soon as I can. It's funny to say that TouchWiz with 4.1 runs at almost the same speed for TouchWiz heavy modifications, in several ocassions even the ICS version can outrun it. For other things I recommend people taking what appeals for them. And for me it's more appealing to put a ROM than conform with the same stuff out of the box. But I gotta admit I'm sad about some stuff on the support for Cricket because they aren't gonna fix the camera problem on CM 10 nor give it any support, and CM 10.1 is far from getting finished. The best I can say is that at this pace I'll probably just go back to TouchWiz.

Re: Cyanogenmod or Jelly Bean on Galaxy S3

The best part is there is already a fix for camera. CM10 on the cricket s3 had been taken on as an official not just a port which means more updates because of the want and need for a stable rom.

While cricket is obligated to upgrade the S3 to jb, we'll have a working 4.2 faster with CM10.1. As things always work someone will make a touchwiz rom in time.

I'll go CM10 on the 22nd after my own personal 1 month wait to void the warranty no questions asked unless I see some other rom I like better based on features, customization, and overall performance

My work on the CDMA Cricket S3 and S4 are now obsolete. Thanks for all the support when I was actively working on them!

It's because hardly any devs use Cricket. Not Cricket's fault that most devs have contract accounts. I'll be sure to stock pile a lot of cheese for all that whine you've been spreading on the forum.

I'm pretty sure Samsung will dish out one major update. If they don't it will just deter people from buying high end Cricket phones.

As always right on the money. Cricket as a whole being prepaid service imo is lucky to have iPhone 5 and SGS3. Honestly I'm just happy to have decent service with freedom to choose as opposed to contracts.
