    Getting OTG to work ?

OK guys, I can't seem to figure this out. I'm trying to get OTG working on My S3 with no luck. It's wierd, I plug in a mouse and it works, so I would think the cable isn't the issue. I plug in a Flash Drive and nothing... when I go to : settings/storage, the "USB STORAGE" area is there but all greyed out...
Been reading that it may be a kernel issue ? I'm running the latest CM11 Nightly build: 11-20140216-NIGHTLY-d2cri.
    Kernel is 3.4.80-cyanogenmod-ge59f9bf.
Does anyone have OTG working with CM11? Can anyone help?

I don't think they built that capability into the kernel and I'm not aware of any for us that are capable either. Not saying it won't work but I'm not sure how

My work on the CDMA Cricket S3 and S4 are now obsolete. Thanks for all the support when I was actively working on them!

Just an FYI, it works great, it just took me a while to find the right USB flash drive. Only 3 out of 5 seemed to work right.... Apparently, otg likes the more pricey ones.....
