I have constant freezing, apps not responding, terrible signal, and overall it just feels really clunky compared to factory. Also I had rooted once but had to unroot because I dropped it in water and needed it looked at yet I can't get rid of superuser

What was done to "service" the phone after it was dropped in water? Aside from electrical shorts, there is the possibility of cracked solder anywhere hot metal contacted cool water. Also, rooting your phone voids the warranty but that doesn't cover water damage anyway so its irrelevant.

Sounds like you gave the phone a Spa Treatment but it must have been tiresome using the blow dryer for 4 days..... just kidding. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if it got wet the damage is done and corrosion is on its way. The phone will most likely never work right again I would do an insurance claim

You sure there's no possibility that it could be something software related

If you have insurance on it, now is the time to use it. The circuits on the s3 are tiny to say the least and, after getting wet, a trail of corrosion/rust a thin as ____ that line can short out the entire phone.
