This phone blows any other phone on Cricket out of the water, same Snapdragon S4 processor as the Galaxy S3, LTE, ICS, only downfall is screen size and resolution but the IPS display is pretty damn good and it certainly doesnt look like the resolution is low(no choppiness) and its smooth as silk, no lag at all thanks to the gig of RAM on the phone too.

Its faster.....according to various benchmarking scores but we all know that doesnt mean squat for everyday stuff, but keep in mind LG UI is a lot lighter than Touchwiz and dont have stuff slowing it down and also the lower resolution also requires less CPU usage. So......

I will say this here, I have the Motion 4G on Metro...and it's the same thing as this phone...it's definitely worth the money, and if you guys end up getting a buncha people with these phones and people who are willing to test, we're working on unlocking the bootloader over on androidforums...and we do have a 1.5ghz OC'd firmware file...because about half of the first shipment of the Motion were accidentally not underclocked to 1.2, so if we get testers for the Regard maybe we'll be able to figure out how to flash the 1.5 to you guys as well....

*shrug* just letting you know...it's worth it even at 1.2ghz

    LG-LW770 Regard

    Greetings,

I am very new to the forums, so please pardon me if this info is posted elsewhere. I just got this phone last Thursday. I absolutely love it. My first smartphone. I rooted it, and now I would like to push it to 4.2 (Jelly Bean) but I can't find the ROM or any indication that this has even been done successfully. It isn't worth bricking it.

    So...

    1. Does anyone have info on when/if Cricket/LG is going to get on the stick and support JB on this phone?
    2. Has anyone successfully flashed a rooted LG-lw770 to 4.1 or 4.2?

    Thanks in advance.

    1. No
    2. Go on unleashedprepaids.com and go to the LG Motion forum> roms section. There is CM10 there but MMS/SMS/4G all don't work. I would use as daily if just SMS worked.
