    Cricket Tethering Service

Cricket is offering tethering service for 10$ a month.

I can't use my WiFi tethering anymore.
Everytime I open Internet Explorer Cricket Website pops up.

It's not that expensive. I might have to go with it.

I used 29 gigabytes so far Downloading programs , videos and documents for phone flashing. It was well worth it.
I still havnt got my internet throttled .

    I have 2.63mbps download and 800kbps upload.
I edited some files in the system. So Im guessing thats where Cricket has no power to throttle your service unless those files are there. And since i have the unlimited data plan , cause of that they can't turn my service off.
I run Evo 4g. My Evo brings a smile to my face.

Wow, you've used a lot of data!

Those speeds are good too. I think the highest speed I've gotten was 2.4 Mbps download.

The max theoretical throughput of EVDO rev. A...

Revision A of EV-DO makes several additions to the protocol while keeping it completely backwards compatible with Release 0.
These changes included the introduction of several new forward link data rates that increase the maximum burst rate from 2.45 Mbit/s to 3.1 Mbit/s. Also included were protocols that would decrease connection establishment time (called enhanced access channel MAC), the ability for more than one mobile to share the same timeslot (multi-user packets) and the introduction of
    QoS

flags. All of these were put in place to allow for low latency, low bit rate communications such as
    VoIP

    .
I can think of two explanations... It was a glitchy bandwidth test OR you've gone...
