    incoming calls going directly to voiemail when they shouldnt

    several important calls have been routed direct to voicemail on my samsung denim i have not been able to discover how to simply disable or turn off the voicemail feature can someone send me into the light pls

    More info needed. Were you on the phone when it happened? Any evidence whatsoever that the phone tried to ring before voicemail. ...like a call log? ...etc.
    And you can freeze the voicemail apk if you are rooted.

    The phone was powered on and setting directly next to me where i could heart it. When the call came in it went direct to voice mail. I was not useing the phone at the time it rang.
