    Question about online bill pay.

    I went to pay my bill online. I entered all the info required (credit card info, name), hit submit, clicked yes, and then nothing. No changes are being shown that I paid the bill nor did I get a notification that the transaction actually went through. Did I actually pay or is there a problem with the online bill pay right now?

    If you didn't get any confirmations, it probably didn't go through. Try it again and see if you get an email confirmation or text confirmation. Make sure you keep the confirmation number. If it happens to go through twice contact Cricket and they should be able to do something to help you out.
