If the manufacturer doesn't have them. No way cricket will.

I know, it's a shame that the manufacturer won't supply( got alternate answers to that on alcatel's facebook page, but no solutions) usb drivers for a phone they make. I guess that's what you do so no one can alter it. Their pc suite won't work with the phone either(wrong usb drivers). USB\VID_05C6&PID_3200&MI_00 is what the alcatel drivers are, and are wrong for this phone, the line should look like this:
USB\VID_1bbb&PID_9018(looked it up on my linux os). Cricket, or radioshack aren't at fault here, they don't set the usb drivers, it's the company that makes the phone's fault. The company that actually makes it is called TCT. If you can install the sdk manager on your computer, there's generic usb drivers that you can use after you put the right VID\PID 's in the driver. Read up on it, if you don't, it's too long to explain. That way when you hook your phone to computer, the install wizard won't try to install the phone again, and again, and again.... I don't use the drivers from alcatel's website.
