Having trouble Activating my newly flashed sn2

Last night I went through the Samsung galaxy s3 video tutorial on how to flash using DFS.

I made sure to follow everything explicitly and re-read in DFS to make sure of a proper upload.

This morning I called sprint #611 from the phone and gave them my esn and was told to call *228 for activation.

I have tried activating all day. I even tried reflashing from scratch.

I have full bars but I don't see any mobile data Icons.

Can this phone be activated by way of *228 or is my missing mobile data icons the root of the problem?

    thanks for your help!

Ok so I have figured out that dialing *228 just updates the prl so i have tried several prl's from the sticky. Still no go but I can dial 611 just can't dial elsewhere. I think tomorrow I'll call customer service and see if they have the correct ESN. Any and all input is still more than welcome. Thanks in advance!

I called cricket and they did have the wrong ESN. The moment I got off the phone wiith them I was on. This was certainly an exorcise of patience. I think I rooted and flashed my phone 50 times, lol. I learned a lot about the process though and I certainly feel more confident mucking with the software.
