    Exclamation Muve Music App Crashing

When I'm using muve music after about 20 minutes in it it will force my phone to restart and then after restarting it asks me to send an error report to HTC. If my phone don't restart muve music will. Is there a work around for it till HTC/Cricket fixes this? Not sure who's shoulder this will fall on. Nothing else is a wrong with the phone it's a great phone just muve music app.

Muve is crashing constantly on mine as well. Probably best to report it to the place you bought it from at the very least. Haven't seen any work arounds as of yet.

    Re: Muve Music App Crashing

It doesn't matter where you bought it...swing by or call the Corp store and report the issue...it's not a phone exchange issue, just tell them to forward it to their tech folks. I wouldn't bother with cricket phone techs as they are mostly in India, and mostly just reading from a script...voice of painful experience here. :-)

I called HTC and they said to fix muve music goto settings/apps/all apps the scroll all the way down till you find the app and click on it when it comes up scroll down then click on clear cache then scroll up and click force stop then do a soft reset. The force close from what the guy at htc said will cause the app to fully restart it self after the soft reset he also said it wont delete your music clearing the cache.
Huge plus the guy didn't speak broken English and had no accent he sounded like an American.

yes! HTC has fantastic customer experience. for most htc problems i cannot solve i will point the customer towards the manufacturer. info all over their website, and devices to access help.

I would have suggested to clear the muve app's cache. then try to update/remove muve app. and last resort is a factory default reset. or ebay it and upgrade to the sgs4

forgot the forum now has a place to sell phones! it looks easy
