I backed up (just in case) and disabled a lot of useless junk that I did not need. Been 2 1/2 hrs/moderate use @ 96%. It would've been in the 80's before with no use. I'll report back later on how the battery is holdin up.

Yes. The link above is the rom that allows you to safely remove any preinstalled apps. If for some reason you cannot use an installed app just convert it to a system app with TiBu

My download took about 10 mins to download everything works great. My phone runs a lot faster and better on memory. Thanks for the hard work. Now would love a transparent status bar mod. Hate the off black one

If I can ever get AOKP built I may work on a custom TW rom exclusive to CU. Being that this rom is deodexed you can probably get a theme for it now. Also there's a ton of those mods for S3 roms over on XDA

If they are marked with 4.1.2 then yes they should work. Themes can't have MIUI tags or theme engine tags either. Make a nandroid backup first then apply the mods and themes so that way if something breaks you can fix it easily

You have to move them back from /data/app to /system/app

    What this is:
This is the stock TouchWiz Jellybean for the Cricket Wireless Samsung Galaxy S3!
It has been deodexed for theming and zipaligned for lowered ram usage. This means that the possibilities are endless!

    What this is not:
This is not a means to stop world famine, nuclear threat, or mortality.

What Is Zipalign In Android And How To Make Apps Zipaligned

    What works:
    All hardware
    MMS
    Data
    Most apps (See below)

    What doesn't work:
A few apps like AccuWeather don't like being in the /data/app folder. To fix these apps, just use Titanium Backup to convert them to a system app then reboot. They won't cause problems, but they just hate being in a place for you to uninstall them.

    Notes:

It will take a long time for the system to boot the first time. This is normal. Allow up to 10 minutes for the first boot. Each boot after the first one will be snappy.

I moved over 63 apps from system to data for uninstall. None of which are unsafe to get rid of. If you want just a bone stock TW UI, after install you can boot into your custom recovery of choice and do a factory reset. You can also do this before you reboot after first install and before the first boot. I left the Samsung keyboard installed in /system/app so if you do, it is still safe.

    Install Instructions:

    1. Download the rom and place it in a convenient location on your SD Card.
    2. Reboot your phone into the custom recovery of your choice and wipe data, cache, and dalvik.
    3. Install using the recovery you're already in!
    4. Reboot and enjoy!

Please note that dirty flashing will cause bootloops or a non working phone. You must wipe all 3 before installing or your phone won't work. It's as simple as that.

Thanks go out to dsixda and StenaviN @ XDA Developers for all the hard work they put into the Android Kitchen, plugin, and guides. Also, thanks to sonasam300 here @ CU for finding an excellent reference material for apks safe to move. Without them this wouldn't be possible.
