Yes, I was rooted with ICS and flashed it just fine. Follow the install instructions. It's 38.8% better.

So those who are having camera issues on this rom, pm me the method you used to flash this. It may be something simple for me to fix, but I'm on a road trip right now and won't be home till about 10 tonight

I put the SD card on my PC, put the zip file in a folder, reinstalled the SD card, booted into recovery 6.0.3.1, wiped data, cache, davlik twice, flashed the zip, rebooted. Did not wipe anything after flash. Camera trys to start, can see unresponsive camera buttons, camera is blank, then notification error pops up.

That sounds like a kernel issue. Go to Settings > About Phone and tell me kernel version

Using 3.0 on the version using a 3.4 kernel would cause a no boot. I updated the kt747 3.4 the other night to fix camera issues so if you used a version from 4/19 prior to 11pm that's the problem. There is no tw oc kernel working for us as of right now but I'm going to try to get one hacked together this week

Here's the deal. I am running CM10.1 M3 with kernel 3.4. I flashed the JB rom with rom manager set up to do a factory reset every time I flash a rom plus a back up first. When finished the kernel version of the JB rom is 3.0.31. My best guess is that is a problem with the kernel.

Stephen got something really bugging me, don't know if it something I did or what, but everytime my screen times out, then I press the home button to turn it back on, whatever I have open automatically closes and goes to my home screen. Getting a bit annoying.... what did i do? lol

I'm flashing this right now. I'm going to start digging through logs and see what's going on. I'm running aokp with KT747 3.4 right now. I'm going to flash the same file you guys are downloading and I'm going to download it from the site myself as well. This way I am using the same files you guys are. It will make it 100x easier to pinpoint these issues. Give me a bit. For now, you can stick with CM10.1 or any of the other AOSP roms. They're all solid. I'll run TW as my DD for a few days for sure.

    Edit:

First 20 minutes, all the stuff works. Camera, screen, everything.... I'll keep running until tomorrow at the minimum used my tablet to capture a picture of the tw camera app working normally. Screens to follow as well

    Edit 2:
So I'm not experiencing the issues being reported. This leads me to believe one of the following is true:

    1. When coming back from 4.2.2 roms, factory resets are not being done only cache and data wipes. This would cause no camera issues and lock problems.

    2. Flashing of incorrect kernels. I've gone over this...

    3. TiBu backups are being used. If you're restoring TiBu backups you can ONLY restore the app. Data from the newer version of android would cause these issues. See #1

If none of the above are true, then follow this procedure. Full data wipe and dalvik wipe. Format /system. Flash rom. Reboot and wait up to 10 minutes for first boot.

There are no TW kernels for us and I haven't planned on making one.

I flashed the rom on my wife's phone stock ICS nothing restored I even skipped the initial setup. Still having issues with camara, rebooted into recovery did full wipe of data, cache, delvik and fixed permissions, same results I will download the rom again to see if it's not a problem with the download.
