I don't know what the deal is with everyone's camera but mines is good no matter which rom I flashed (currently on this one). I use my camera daily so issues like that would suck

Edit: also formatted sdcard (not external sd card), mounted system, set SU to "allow", updated SU binary (for grins), wifi on/off, data on/off, installed "fast burst camera" but same error ....no progress so far.
VVLK2 does matter. You're still on some of the ICS release. You need to use the FULL Odin file then try this. Anyone who took the ota is on VVMC1...

I'm sadly being reminded of the .621 update to the Motorola Droid X thinking about this

Ahhh, Ok. I went from rooted ICS, to deodexed version, to AOKP version, back to deodexed version. Camera worked on AOKP but never on deodexed. Never put full stock JB on it.

Will flash the full rooted JB here>http://www.cricketusers.com/root-rec...firmwares.html Then will flash deodexed. Thanks.

Just wait. I'm almost done with the revamp with more bloatware taken out of it and a new boot animation. I'm about to switch back to Linux and start working on the Aroma Installer for the side pack and see what I can do about that pesky thermald that's killing OC on the LeanKernel (or just use the one that Imoseyon did)

    I'm super excited!

    Edit:
Finished pulling even MORE bloatware out. I've removed 75 apks in all so far using a combination of lists compiled for the GT-i9300, d2tmo, d2spr, d2vzw, and a little common sense. I'm going to test the base rom as soon as adb finishes pushing it to my phone. Hooray for being my own guinea pig!

    Edit 2:
Completely broke DHCP so Wifi and 3G won't pickup now. Time to figure out why

There's only the DHCP problem and 3G and Wifi won't pickup. I think I know why though.

I appreciate the offer and I won't link anything pre beta for the reason that I break a LOT of things when trying new stuff.

I'm running your original version and love it. Was wondering if you got the bugs worked out on your update?

I'm still trying to get it right but having the dhcp problems still. I've taken to working on this again which is why no new nightlies have been made, but cannot figure out why I'm having this problem

I think I have been using this flash without reliazing it. Is this ROM: Flashable tars:
FULL UNROOTED JB UPDATE INCLUDING KERNEL, RADIOS, SYSTEM, AND NEW RECOVERY:
    Part 1:
    R530CVVBMC1_R530CVBMC1_R530CVVBMC1_HOME.tar.part1. rar - 400.00 MB

    Part 2:
    R530CVVBMC1_R530CVBMC1_R530CVVBMC1_HOME.tar.part2. rar - 287.31 MB
My "about device" looks exactly like the pic Stephen posted of his "about device". I thought my phone looked alittle different from when I got it. Is it at all possiable to just get a stock or get my phone looking and acting like out of the box. I get md5 hash error when I try to use the links from "[ROM]Odin flashable Cricket SGS3 TouchWiz firmwares" page except for the two links above. And kies is not working for me, it shuts down after it downloads the firmware even when I open kies with administrator rights. Anyone, please help!

You are posting in the wrong forum. You flashed "unrooted JB" so you are JB stock. Why would you want to go back to out of box ICS? Does "looked a little different" mean it looked like an IPhone or was wearing a mustache?

I saw your post of your baseband and mine was the same, so sorry about posting in the wrong forum. When I flashed those links in odin, now I have wrong baseband (r530cvvmc1) compared to the build number (imm76d.r530cvvalk2). Maybe who ever is in charge can delete or move my post

You have the current baseband from jb. Have you tried a different USB cord?
