    Defective motor

I just bought my s 4 yesterday and noticed that the vibration is defective. It feels loose and carries on with a ping or a kind of reverb. Kind of springy. I bought one for my wife also and hers is not defective. If you grab the phone at the top and tap on the galaxy s4 logo on the bottom you can hear/feel vibration. If I pick up an app on my home screen or app drawer the haptic feed back is drawn out and feels loose. On my wife's the haptic feedback feels tight and solid. I'm kind of upset. I paid $517.00 for the phone and it has a defect. Some people would note notice but I was reading somewhere and someone was talking about this defect, so I was curious and checked my phone. Sure enough I pay all the money and get a defective unit. I'm going to the cricket stores tomorrow and demanding a brand new unit. The phone is now 2 days old. I not taking a referb for a 2 day old phone. Just makes me wonder what other problems might lay inside. Something is definitely loose, may rough handling during shipping.

So I went into cricket store today. I had to really explain to the guy what to look for. I had him pull another s4 so I can demonstrate the differences in the vibration. The manager of the store I went to was awesome. I realized it was a hardware issue and exchanged the s4 for another new s4. It was the first time he has heard of this. I bought 2 s4 that day so I had one at home to see the difference. My past experience with cricket reps on issues similar to this was not that great so I was worried. This time I experienced fantastic customer service. I am happy.
