Is it smart to sell a Cricket S4 with a used SIM card included?

does SIM card store call logs and contacts like other carriers SIM's?

also will the new owner be able to activate and use 4G LTE with no problems?

I could call crickets support but a lot of the tech agents havent a clue (no disrespect to the ones that know their shit)

    Thanks.

your sim will only store your contacts if you save them there as far as i know, and once your phone is disconnected with cricket the sim should no longer be active. it should not matter either way

    Thanks for reply

There is no option to save contacts to SIM card on this phone that I can see... but there is option to save to DEVICE or GOOGLE..

    I'm guessing device means SIM.

once your phone is disconnected with cricket the sim should no longer be active
no longer active makes sense but is it transferrable to the new owner or would they need to buy a new SIM card from cricket either way?

most of the times we need to put a new sim card in there, it should be free of charge at any cricket store. even though i know some dealers are charging $10-25

I just bought a s4 on ebay. it was listed as new which basically it was but the seller had 6 of these phones and thought she would keep one for herself and activated it then changed her mind and sold it. I had to buy a new sim ($30) and the warranty was voided because as far as cricket and the manufacturer were concerned it was a used phone. so I would just throw the sim away and inform buyer that they will need to buy a new one.

Phone still comes with a 1 year manufacture warranty.

First rule of cellphone purchasing, never trust the sales guy.. Contact Samsung yourself to find out about warranty, im almost 100% sure its 1 year manufacturer's warranty, nothing to do with Cricket.

lol, i'd never say some crazy thing like changing sim card will void the warranty. samsung backs up their warranty unlike other companies i've dealt with. however flashing or loading custom firmware onto the device could breach your warranty
