    hack user name neighbor wireless, has foul words

    The neighbor by my store has "F--k You" as his user name on his home wifi. The trouble is when a customer comes in and we show them how to connect to wifi those words pop up. Anybody have a way to hack that wifi user name.

    Have yo utried to find this person and explain the situation? I don't think hacking their wi-fi would be right. Try the straight forward way and ask them nicely.

    yea, "hacking" their wifi is a crime and i would not suggest it. however you could put a lot of powerful devices on his wifi channel and force him to change channels until he changes the name.

    Trouble is I don't know who it is. There is an apartment complex next to the store and it could be anyone of them.

    Hold a press conference outside the apartments addressing the issue or turn to your local news source and see if they will run a story and pray that whomever has the network watches the TV. Maybe you should change your Wireless Network's name to, "Can you please change your F*ck You Network name to something less offensive?"

    To hide the wifi network from popping up when connecting to the Internet using a display laptop(if they captain has one) can also be used on customers computers by doing it before you show them how to connect.

    This would be per computer but it's fast and easy.

    Faster way is to make a batch file.

    Using notepad create a text document and inside it add the following.

    *****************************^*

    @echo off
    cls
    netsh wlan add filter permission=block ssid=F*uck you networktype=infrastructure

    exit

    ****^****^^^^^^*^*********^*

    Then save, rename to hide.bat and execute it. That way just click on it on any computer and it'll hide it instantly ;p
