One way or the other this man has probably influenced your life in some way. I remember playing on the Apple IIe in elementary school and my teachers using Power Macs up till about middle school. Used my IPOD a lot in Iraq. Even if you didn't use many of Apple's products, they still generated a stir and caused competition in a market that could have easily been dominated by only one other company.

    RIP...

WOW.... While I am on Windows 7, I am using a mouse from a GUI on an affordable personal computer. This was a technology that was going to be scrapped until Jobs took that tour of Xerox PARC, eventually introducing this method of computing to the consumer. As for the iPod, 3 out of 4 soldiers on my team owned one as well. Steve Jobs was, and will remain, a major influence in both my professional and personal life, from the first computer I ever used (Apple IIe) to the way I approach problems in business. RIP Steven P Jobs

While I am no fan of Apple, I can recognize the passing of someone great. Rest is in peace Mr. Jobs. Godspeed. May you always have enough.
