Do this. Wipe data & cache, wipe dalvik, format system, then battery pull. After that boot directly into download mode, flash the file. Then boot recovery and wipe cache and dalvik again

weird atm its not booting up recovery or the system it shows the s3 logo then turns off will only go into download mode the last thing i did was flash the file then a few wipes and then tried a partial backup on top of it. I reflashed TWRP now the recovery works again. Im not sure if i did a pre-wipe and a post-wipe together ill try that now(eat 1st then ill do it) with the flash.

flashin killed my recovery like it usually does so flashed the custom recovery back and wiped again but no luck and it gettings really frickin hot seems like its heating up quicker & hotting after each flash. I restored a CM backup then installed CM & gapps over it and wiped it and got it to load up but with several errors and its real hot so i shut it off to cool down then ill boot it off and see if it gets hot now that it can actually boot up again but idk if it will stay on last time i got CM to work it had aton of errors for 30 or so seconds and crashed/reboot.

Yup its just like b4 it stays on for a but then reboots im gonna try to flash a different recovery and wipe with that and see if it helps

Damit idk what to do i flash wiped every which way i can think of to just try and get the CM rom working the closest i can get it now is it doesnt have any errors but it still crashes after 30-90second or w/e maybe ill try to time it see if its the same time when it does it. No errors no nothing it just reboots on its own.

---------- Post added at 09:32 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:21 AM ----------

3 times in a row it reboot exactly 60seconds after it booted up. Only thing i can think left to do i get a PIT file from someone and see if i can use that to get it workin with Heimdall Suite or maybe re-partition it with odin

Try following what Proffitt said and format your system (and data and cache in recovery under "mounts and storage"). You only keep saying wiped not formatted.
