One: Have you tried flashing recovery with Odin?

I have an odd issue. Aside from the notification "Kernel is not SEAndroid enforcing, set recovery bit: kernel" I tried flashing this rom after the 4.3 kernel was giving me issues and my backup wouldn't flash. I now no longer have use of wifi or my front camera. The phone is also on a lapsed account, but appears to be working fine otherwise. Any ideas as to how I can get wifi back?

Just an FYI for people on 4.3 flashing to 4.4 roms, I recently did this and lost function of camera and network on first try, managed to get network working but then camera wasn't working.
After alot of different roms and kernals I
used ODIN to flash the new firmware, (took more than one flash to get it to stick)
    rom refused to work
    chainfire to root,
used ODIN to flash OUDHS recovery,
used recovery to do a factory wipe/reset/cache/dalvic,
    rom refused to work,
downloaded AOKP jtflecri 3/27 4.4 nightly and gapps,
    full reset/wipe/cache/dalvic,
    flashed AOKP, GAPPS,
wiped cache/davlic, rebooted everything but 4g/3g was smooth.
Went through a toggle marathon on all the mobile network/data settings enabling and disabling airplane mode between each setting. Eventually set on Data On, Domestic Roam, On RUIM/NV
    Rebooted a few times
Everything works fine now somehow or another

I don't understand the last part about "look for a clean script to wipe Dalvik to make it smooth again"

Could someone please explain and tell me what to do if needed. I followed the procedure and the phone is booted but I haven't tried anything with it yet.

Pretty much just wipe dalvik in advance menu of clockwork recovery or whatever recovery you use..
