A small update. Apparently it takes some time for a cricket phone to actually show up AS a cricket phone to the app in the play store. Tried again just for grins a little while ago, and the play store detected and approved the device, and the application updated normally....and now works aces without doing anything manually. While I probably will unlock the phone for root access....I'm completely happy with the performance of this lil' dude...and with muve, I'm REALLY happy with it.

I was able to create a custom ringtone and it shows which songs are available in the sidebar. I am seeing almost every song available for a ringtone even the older songs I found.

For the music missing the Genre removed (Southern Gospel), I can click the album icon from a song, select More from this artist and still download albums.
This cleared up my Queue issues too with Ringtones. Uninstall the app, and reinstall the update then re-sync your music. All the songs that gave me trouble making ringtones are now fixed and i can freely use them.

    Thanks for the idea....

I now have weird things with many songs showing downloaded, when they do not exist. Many other songs ARE downloaded, but when added to queue they do not play. I removed the artist, album and song entries for every questionable song. I found some were in playlists and those I deleted also. I turn my phone off daily per our company rules (either turn it off or leave in 100+ locked car) and after a few days, Muve seems to think I enjoy [EXPLICIT] lyrics. I think maybe the system assigns Muve per phone number and the last person "enjoyed" this Genre. To each their own.

I uninstalled the app, Since I am rooted, found the directory with the music, deleted all files in that Directory. I downloaded all music again and some changed Playlists are recreated, but also some of the [EXPLICIT] songs are back. I am hoping an update will solve this, and have wondered if the programs are that hard to program, since this is android/Linux based.

**this post is not anyway meant to encourage the attempt to bypass DRM within Muve Music. That is illegal!!**

i have noticed songs i never downloaded on my phone. and i've had this number since before muve music. . . but yes muve does keep a profile by phone number. my advice is to use the muve app itself to delete everything. . keep deleting until nothing comes back. . then start over

The DRM is locked within the phone firmware and apparently the release to Samsung came before HTC.
